EDAS 5523 Cultivating a Positive School Climate
Students will cultivate a sensitivity and appreciation of diverse populations and will be able to foster a collegial climate that includes individual performance plans based on quantitative and qualitative data. Students will create an effective discipline plan and will be able to engage in successful conflict resolution.
