The SWU Online Program provides a structured Associate of Arts in General Studies degree program. Southern Wesleyan University provides this high-quality undergraduate program guided by a Christian worldview and designed for online learners. The program allows students to advance their professional and personal educational goals while maintaining a career. Students may earn an Associate of Arts in General Studies degree by completing a total of 60 semester hours listed below. Completion of this degree would also provide the courses necessary to transition into the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) or Bachelor of Science in Human Services (BSHS) online programs at Southern Wesleyan University.

Learning Outcomes

  2. Written Communication: Students will demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, and audience awareness through writing.
