RECR 2253 Ethical Issues in Recreation and Sport Management
An exploration of the ethical principles and dilemmas encountered in the field of recreation and sport management, framed within a Christian worldview. Students will consider how Christian ethics inform decision-making, leadership, and organizational behavior within sports and recreational contexts. Topics include the biblical foundations of ethics, ethical theories, professional conduct, equity and inclusion, sportsmanship, and the impact of ethical and unethical behavior on individuals and organizations.
