SOSC 2073 Management Issues in Human Services

The Management Issues in the Helping Profession course examines the unique challenges of leadership and administration in human services, social work, counseling, and nonprofit organizations. Students will explore key management functions, including strategic planning, budgeting, program evaluation, staff supervision, and ethical decision-making. This course prepares students for supervisory and administrative roles in human services, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.
