EDUC 3243 Characteristics of Mild to Moderate Intellectual Disabilities

The causes and treatment of students with intellectual disabilities with attention given to the special psychological problems of this group. The social issues involved in the prevention and treatment of intellectual disabilities will be presented. Required of all special education teacher candidates. (Spring, Odd Years) Prerequisite: Acceptance into Lock 1, GPA 2.5.
