PSYC 2113 Sports Psychology I: Issues

An exploration of the principles of sports psychology within the context of recreation and sports management, framed by a Christian worldview. Students will examine psychological theories and practices that influence athletic performance, motivation, and well-being while integrating Christian values and teachings. Topics include mental toughness, stress management, motivation, team dynamics, leadership, and the role of faith in fostering resilience and ethical behavior.
