PSYC 2733 Group Dynamics
An exploration of the psychological and social processes that influence how people interact in groups. Students will examine theories of group development, leadership styles, communication patterns, conflict resolution, and decision-making. Topics include group roles, norms, power structures, and strategies for fostering effective teamwork. Students will develop skills to lead, participate in, and facilitate groups in various settings such as workplaces, human services, counseling, and community organizations.
