NURS 3722 Nursing Informatics

This course introduces the principles of nursing informatics, focusing on the use of information and communication technologies to support nursing practice, decision-making, and care delivery. Students will explore electronic health records, data management, telehealth, and other digital tools that enhance patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice within healthcare systems. Emphasis is placed on ethical and responsible use of technology in nursing.
