Emphasis is placed on complex diagnostic interpretation, advanced assessment, pharmacological interventions, and collaborative strategies within acute and critical care environments. Through intensive supervised clinical experiences in high-acuity settings, students refine sophisticated clinical skills, participate in interprofessional collaboration, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions while prioritizing patient safety and optimal outcomes. This course is comprised of 45 hours of lecture instruction and 90 hours of clinical experience.
