NURS 4082 Nursing Interprofessional Collaboration
This course focuses on the principles and practice of effective interprofessional collaboration in healthcare from a Christian worldview. Students will explore team dynamics, conflict resolution, roles and responsibilities of various healthcare professionals, and strategies for effective communication. Emphasis is placed on fostering mutual respect, shared decision-making, and collaborative problem-solving to enhance patient care outcomes within complex healthcare teams.
