NURS 4583 Nursing Leadership
This course focuses on the principles and theories of nursing leadership and management within various healthcare systems. Students will explore leadership styles, organizational structures, resource management, quality improvement initiatives, and policy advocacy. Emphasis is placed on developing leadership competencies, fostering a culture of safety, and preparing nurses to influence positive change in healthcare from a Christian worldview.
